The content of this pre-carved mood seal says "Write your sorrows in the sand and carve your blessings on the stone,"(悲画沙喜刻石 "Sorrow drawn on sand, happiness carved on stone"). which is good to use on Chinese brush paintings or calligraphy as a side or corner seal.
