This bottle of Japanese Sumi ink is made in Japan for calligraphy and brush painting.

I have used it in many of my video-taped painting lessons as you can see on YouTube. 

Compared with the Chinese counterparts, it does not have the strong ink smell.

When change color, the brush can be rinsed easily by dipping in water.

Highly recommend it to sumi-e students and other watercolorist artists to try and hope you will like it as much as I do.

It will not run or bleed during wet mounting.
