Shipping and returns

We will ship your order within one-two business days from Rowland Heights in Los Angeles county, California.  We ship world-wide. To see the cost to your country, please add the items to the shopping cart and you will see a shipping calculator there. Simply select your country and click on "recalculate". If you are a local customer you may pick up your order by appointment(please call 909-594-9257 to make an appointment). 

 

The Shipping methods are available via USPS or FedEx depending on the cost. FREE domestic shipping on orders above $200.

 

If you are an international customer, please note that the minimum International shipping costs are $10 to Canada and Mexico and $22.50 to all other countries up to $99 maximum charge(Yes, we will cover the additional cost beyond $99. Please note that international package maybe subject to custom duty in your country and you are responsible to pay if any tariff incurred.   

   

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order and address. Please add the items you are interested into the shopping cart and you will see the estimated shipping fee right on the shopping cart page. We will refund you if you were over charged than the actual shipping costs.   

 

We do combine your our orders the best way we can to save on shipping cost and expenses, and if there is a significant over payment on shipping we will pass the savings to you as a store credit or refund.  

 

We pack all shipments with great care. Due to the size in packing rice paper sheet, most papers orders require minimum order of 5. Be aware that all hand made rice paper come flipped from the manufacture, the soft folding lines do not affect the quality of the paper. We will loosely roll the paper for shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to refund under the following conditions:
1) all materials returned are in re-salable conditions.
2) Contact us before you mailed back the return within 7 days of arrival or 30 days of purchase.
3) the return is securely repackaged for shipping and handling.

Note: Returns are accepted on approval within 7 days of arrival or 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the merchandise, no returns on DVDs, stone seal  items or other specialty items will be accepted.
